Douglas was born in Nova Scotia, Canada. He grew up in Weymouth Falls, Digby County. At an early age he joined the RCR Division of the Canadian Armed Forces where he developed an interest in music. His first talent was displayed as the lead singer in a band through the encouragement of Gene Cromwell (bass guitar) and the late Tony Brothers (drummer). Together they entertained throughout London, Ontario both on and off the army base. It wasn't until years later that Douglas began writing his own songs. With the year 2002 comes his first CD album, "Standing on the Corner". Enjoy!
